Appointment Policies

Booking Deposit

To secure your spot, a non-refundable deposit is required, which will be credited toward your final service. Please note that bookings are only confirmed once payment is received.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide 24–48 hours’ notice to reschedule, as late changes may lead to a forfeited deposit or fee. Doing so respects our artist’s time and allows other clients the chance to book. We appreciate your kindness and understanding.

No-Show Policy

Missing your appointment without notice results in an automatic forfeiture of your deposit out of respect for our artist's time and other waiting clients. A new deposit will be required to secure any future bookings at our studio.

Service Etiquette & Guidelines

I strive to provide a calm, focused environment so I can deliver my best work for you. To ensure safety and a peaceful atmosphere, please avoid bringing guests or children to your appointment. Arriving on time allows us to fully enjoy your scheduled session without any rush.

First Visit Preparation

    • Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to complete any remaining forms and settle in.
    • Come with clean lashes/skin and no eye makeup, mascara, or strip lash glue.
    • Avoid caffeine right before your appointment so you can relax comfortably.
    • Feel free to bring any questions or inspiration photos so we can align on your desired look.
